Position Overview The Line Cook is responsible for executing dishes to the highest culinary standards, maintaining consistency, and supporting the kitchen team during service.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Chef Michael White’s standards and recipes.

Maintain mise en place, ensuring readiness for each service period.

Uphold cleanliness and organization of station and kitchen areas at all times.

Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.

Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timing.

Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.

Adapt to feedback from chefs and continuously refine technique and execution.

Support teammates and contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture.

Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a line cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency.

Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
