Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and consistency. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards Ensure all food is cooked and plated properly with attention to portion control and presentation Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines Follow food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food storage and handling Assist in prep work, inventory management, and restocking as needed Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff Adapt to a variety of kitchen roles as needed to support the team Qualifications & Requirements: Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a full-service restaurant preferred Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great food Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling options Opportunities for career growth and advancement Employee meals and discounts A positive and supportive work environment
