Position Overview:

As a Line Cook , you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals with consistency and speed. You'll be responsible for preparing menu items to our high standards, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, and ensuring each guest receives a delicious plate every time.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook all menu items, including Grab and Go options, to Sapp Bros. specifications Operate kitchen equipment such as pressure fryers safely and efficiently Complete daily prep work, portioning, and line setup Monitor food safety by checking temperatures and completing required logs Maintain proper stock levels in coolers, freezers, and prep areas Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishwashing duties as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Support team members and complete additional tasks as assigned by management What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a full-service kitchen or line cook position (preferred) Knowledge of basic cooking methods, tools, and ingredients Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Minimum of 18 years of age Someone who maintains a clean, professional appearance and work environment Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed Why You'll Love Working at Sapp Bros.:
