Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors of residents in the community Communicate with immediate supervisor on par levels of food items Review daily recipes for required ingredients and ensure sufficient stock of all ingredients Accurately follow recipes provided, including cooking times and ingredient preparation Ensure that refrigerators, freezers, working areas and kitchen are kept clean Ensure that equipment is functioning, sanitized and that any maintenance is reported to supervisor Ensure strict control of waste and portion and help to control food quality and cost using standard recipe methods, pictures Design specials for the day when required Ensure compliance with all local laws, and health and sanitation regulations Must be able to perform all line, prep and sanitation duties Participate in on-going in-service and training requirements Follow emergency procedures Understand and comply with all Inspīr safety practices and procedures Ability to work the overnight shift Ability to receive and properly store food deliveries, including and the receipt and storage of overnight deliveries.
