Responsible for: All aspects of the kitchen and kitchen staff. Food inventory, food preparation, training, and reinforcement training. MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PANTRY, SAUTEE STATION, FRYER, FIRE GRILL. NO FLAT TOP.

Qualifications: Motivational with leadership skills. Must have formal training in kitchen SERVE SAFE CERTIFICATION. High volume in season. Off-season creativity. Overtime offered Paid Vacation Time / One Week after 6 monthsof  employment.
