The Role We're looking for a skilled, passionate Line Chef's to join our Heart of House team. You'll prepare high-quality dishes with precision, maintain a clean and organized station, and work side-by-side with a talented culinary crew to deliver memorable dining experiences.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items to exacting standards
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Organize and stock your station for peak service times
• Collaborate with chefs and teammates to ensure consistency and quality
• Handle guest orders efficiently under pressure

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a professional kitchen (preferred, not required)
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen tools
• Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and safely
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Physical endurance to stand, move, and lift in a busy kitchen
