This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.
Requested Tasks:
Setting up, cleaning and organizing workstation Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc. Cooking orders according to food health and safety procedures Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes Handling multiple food orders at one time
