On the Rocks is part of a highly regarded event venue and private 18-hole golf course. With a newly renovated dining room, a casual tavern, and a spacious outdoor patio, we are proud to deliver high-quality dining experiences to our members and guests by sourcing ingredients from local farmers and suppliers.About the RoleLine cooks are the backbone of the kitchen. You’ll run a station on the cooking “line” — whether that’s grilling, sautéing, frying, or plating — and make sure each dish is prepared consistently, safely, and on time.
