As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our menu items are prepared, cooked, and served to perfection for our guests.
Line Cook- Food Service/Restaurant Responsibilities:
You will be trained to work on both fry and grill stations in our kitchen
Cook our menu items to order according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Clean as you go during the shift to maintain organization in your workspace
Take out the trash
Prep and portion ingredients
Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, slicers, and sharp knives
Communicate and collaborate with the entire team to create a smooth shift, every shift.
Line Cook- Food Service/Restaurant Requirements:
MUST be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to speak, write, and read English
Previous experience as a line cook or similar role.
Knowledge of food safety procedures and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to high culinary standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
