What You'll Do: Crush prep and service with consistency and finesse. Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines like gospel. Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for battle. Communicate with the team to keep the flow tight. Flex across stations when needed-grill, sauté, pantry, you name it. Follow all safety and sanitation standards like second nature. What You Bring: Kitchen experience and a hunger to grow. Speed, focus, and a cool head under pressure. Team-first attitude and strong communication. Pride in your craft and your station.
