Line Cook Assistant Executive Chef

Exciting opportunity to be in on the ground floor of transitioning food & beverage, event and banquet operations. We are looking for motivated individuals with or without training in the culinary arts. This is a great opportunity to learn/work under Chef Mike and be part of our team going forward. We will be launching a new food and beverage operation in our sports/golf dome Winter 22-23, in conjunction with closing, renovating, and re-opening our restaurant Spring of 2023 with a brand new look.
JOB FUNCTION Engage in planning and executing new and exciting menu options with Chef Mike
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
We are willing to train individuals with limited experience
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Flexible scheduling and competitive pay

Pay Range $16-$20/hour
