In This Role, You Will: Create and post engaging monthly activity calendars and daily schedules. Encourage participation and use reminiscence techniques to spark connection. Maintain activity spaces and equipment. Build relationships with residents, families, and community partners. Plan special events, holidays, and recognition activities. Provide safe transportation for appointments and outings. What We're Looking For: Experience in assisted living or senior care ( 6 months preferred ). Strong English communication skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Requirements: Minimum age 21, valid driver's license with clean record (no more than 2 violations in the past year), ability to drive a passenger van, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.
