Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Chart nursess notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the residents response to the care.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the residents admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician

• Must have a valid CT LPN License
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
