As a new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities for our residents. You will play a critical role in monitoring patients' health and reporting any changes to the nursing staff, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that uphold our core values. Each shift is designed to be rewarding and impactful, operating on a rotating schedule of either 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, allowing you to connect deeply with residents during their most active hours.
