Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Kent, WA Reports To: Director of Nursing Services (DON) Job Summary: The licensed practical nurse is responsible for making decisions that are based on the individual's educational preparation and nursing experience, and for providing nursing services as ordered on patient plan of care. Reports problems/potential problems to RN/Case Manager.
