Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments for various mental health and substance use disorders. Deliver therapy using diverse modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. Monitor treatment progress and observe any changes in clinical symptoms or side effects. Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records and documentation to comply with all regulations. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) in North Carolina. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of post-master's experience in providing behavioral health services. Proven experience in delivering psychotherapy to individuals and families. Proficiency in electronic communication and medical documentation, including systems like Excel, Outlook, or Athena RMS. Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
