As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance healthcare for all. In this role, you will provide treatment for a diverse array of mental health conditions, responding to the unique needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments for prevalent mental health and substance use disorders. Deliver psychotherapy in an outpatient environment, specializing in child and adolescent therapy, utilizing methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Carefully track treatment outcomes and monitor patients for any changes in symptoms or treatment effects. Maintain precise and current electronic medical records and clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Active and unrestricted license (LPC, LMFT, or LMSW) in the state of Michigan. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience post-master's degree delivering behavioral health services. The salary for this position ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
