Your Responsibilities Will Include: Conducting comprehensive screenings and assessments for mental health and substance use disorders. Providing evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Monitoring treatment responses and making necessary adjustments to enhance patient outcomes. Maintaining precise electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Active and unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of post-master's degree experience offering behavioral health services. Experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals and families. Proficient in utilizing technology for professional communication and medical documentation. Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative team environments. All remote employees must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Compensation for this role ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
