Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds. Provide individualized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, promoting healing and resilience. Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support maintaining stable functioning and empower clients in their mental health journey. Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your expertise to improve client care. Complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations promptly, upholding high professional standards. Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field. Possession of a provisional license per state regulations, if required. Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing. A passion for mental health and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Dedication to ongoing professional development, including access to free supervision and continuing education. Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families. Effective time management skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
