Requirements: A master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Must hold a full license from the State Board to practice therapy independently (such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Compensation: $85-$105 per hour, depending on provider license type, session location, and session types. *Please note, SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists will need to secure their own locations for in-person sessions, but we can assist in connecting you with other SonderMind therapists seeking to share space.
