Key Responsibilities: Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a warm and supportive environment. Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, promoting healing and resilience. Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, assisting clients in their mental health journeys. Engage actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining professional standards. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field is required. Possession of a provisional license per state regulations, if applicable. Education that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing. A deep passion for mental health with a commitment to high-quality care. A dedication to ongoing professional development including free supervision and continuing education. An eagerness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. A strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families. Effective time management skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks.
