Responsibilities: The Licensed Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services, ensuring the mental health and well-being of clients. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with other professionals. This role also includes outreach and marketing efforts to promote our services and attract referrals. Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs. Utilize standardized assessment tools to gather relevant information. Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Set measurable goals and objectives tailored to clients' needs. Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Implement therapeutic techniques to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Provide comprehensive services to all assigned individuals. Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Collaborate closely with other professionals to provide holistic care. Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress. Provide immediate support during crisis situations and develop safety plans as needed. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services. Connect clients and families with additional resources and support services. Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Ensure your credentials remain current and comply with training requirements. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to address inquiries and concerns. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Must hold a current professional license in the state of Georgia as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
