Qualifications: A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. A fully licensed professional by the State Board to provide independent therapy (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Compensation: $95-$119 per hour. Pay rates are based on licensure, session location, and session type. Please note that SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own locations for in-person sessions, but we can assist you in connecting with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
