Location: Kentucky Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Summary: Licensed therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW) in Kentucky are invited to join a growing telehealth team delivering direct care from the comfort of your home. This full-time role includes conducting clinical assessments, creating therapy plans, and offering sessions to individuals using a secure virtual platform.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct clinical evaluations and develop strategic therapy plans Provide therapy services via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth system Monitor treatment progress and adjust approaches as necessary Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and promptly Collaborate with other providers to ensure client well-being Requirements Active and unrestricted KY license (LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW) Master's degree in mental health or behavioral sciences Previous experience in outpatient or telehealth care settings Comfortable working with EHR systems and virtual tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits 100% remote setup with tech tools included Admin and scheduling support to let you focus on client care Ongoing learning and CEU opportunities
