We offer a generous $7,500 ramp stipend for those who can commit to 25+ hours of availability per week. What We Are Looking For: Clinicians available for full-time work (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits with 5 hours dedicated to administrative tasks and supervisory meetings).

Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location and be willing to work in the office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model of 50% in-office and 50% remote.

Qualifications: Must be seeking licensure in Massachusetts.

A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in a relevant field.

Experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.

Preferably, candidates should have experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation: Compensation packages are competitive, with potential earnings of up to $73,700.00 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. What We Provide: $7,500 ramp stipend for those maintaining 25+ clinical hours/week.
