Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated MSW with experience in home health care to join our team in Colorado. In this role, you will provide MSW services to our medically fragile patient population across the front range. This includes both adults and pediatric clients and their families. Pay: Compensation: $75-$90 per visit with Mileage reimbursement: Dependent on distance willing to drive between patients PRN/Part-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 1-5 hours per week
