Professional Work Environment

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Build clientele via cold calling, referrals, networking, and winbacks.
• Educate, advise, and cross sell clients.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

• Property & Casualty, Life & Health Active Insurance License Required.
• Minimum 2+ years prior Insurance Sales experience is preferred.
• Have vast knowledge of Commercial Insurance
• Successful sales background.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus, not required!
• Needs to be comfortable with meeting clients on a face-to-face basis and over the phone, This requires above-average communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Products, Outlook Mail and Agency Management software proficiency.
• Knowledge of AMS360 management system a plus, not required.
• A team player who is self motivated and open to coaching.
• You must have reliable transportation.
