We are looking for a  Licensed Insurance Agent  with a  Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license  to join our team and help grow our client base while providing exceptional service. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships by assessing their insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options. Sell  property and casualty insurance  policies to individuals and businesses. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims and renewals. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policy changes, and new insurance products. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and business objectives. Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required). Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus but not required. .
