Thriveworks is excited to welcome Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our team, providing a dynamic mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. This role features a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who are ready to commit to 25+ hours each week.

We seek independently licensed clinicians in Connecticut who are eager to make a meaningful impact and expand their careers with us. We particularly value:
Providers ready to conduct 25+ sessions weekly.

Strong ethical character—we prioritize integrity, openness, and dedication to high-quality care.
Qualifications:
A valid and unrestricted LCSW license in Connecticut.
Residence and licensure in the state where services will be provided.
Compensation:
Earn up to $99,000, depending on your licensure level, session volume, and available bonus opportunities.
