For more information, visit www.jobs.premisehealth.com. As a Part Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional , you'll provide care to employees of Warner Bros. Discovery in Premise Health's Health Center located in  New York, NY (Union Square). The scheduled hours are 16 hours per week. About the Role: Great schedule! This role is 16 hours per week, two days per week, flexible on days Tuesday through Friday. Required Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Great patient population and collaborative team environment. Our ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and passion for helping others get, stay and be well. Individual and Group Therapy experience is a must have and EPIC experience preferred.
What You’ll Do Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals Enters data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Performs other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study Licensed mental health clinicians including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area Must have prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, etc. Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting Experience identifying, preventing, and treating of suicidal behaviors Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources Previous clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings are preferred Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed. Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $45.50 - $55.00 per hour.
