As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Glen Hills Apartments, you'll be the welcoming face of our community, embodying our core values every day. This sales-focused position emphasizes outstanding customer service, goal achievement, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents with professionalism and warmth Conduct apartment tours and highlight the benefits of our community Manage the full leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in Support current residents and help maintain high satisfaction levels Handle follow-ups and maintain accurate documentation Assist with marketing efforts, including social media outreach

What We're Looking For:

Experience with property management software preferred (YARDI experience is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Customer-first mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals Social media or marketing experience is a bonus
