Main Responsibilities

As the Lead Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of the construction project including site coordination, safety enforcement, and quality control.

Direct on-site construction activities

Coordinate subcontractors and trades

Manage schedules, inspections, materials, and logistics

Maintain safe and organized work sites

Conduct progress meetings and collaborate with Project Manager

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Proficiency in ground-up construction, specifically Retail or Grocery projects

Previous experience with Walmart projects is a plus

Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management

OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

SWPPP Certification preferred

Familiarity with MS Office, WRIKE, and FieldWire

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel for project management as needed
