As a Lead Shift Supervisor, your primary role will be to drive sales by engaging with customers and creating memorable brand experiences through live events and product sampling. You'll play a vital support role in leadership by handling tasks such as reporting, training new team members, scheduling, and assisting with the set-up and breakdown of demos.
