Position: Server As a Server, you will perform a variety of food service functions and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the service area, facilities, and equipment. Required Experience: Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and foster a teamwork environment. Primary Responsibilities: Serve meals professionally, demonstrating concern to please residents and guests. Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices. Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality food to residents and guests. Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professionalism, and practice good personal hygiene. Wait on tables and assist staff as needed. Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally. Adhere to all Dining Services Standards of Service. Working Conditions: This position requires standing for long periods. Effective communication, sitting, standing, walking, and using hands for handling equipment are necessary. The role may require reaching with hands and arms, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional travel to different locations. Fluency in English is required. The work environment has a moderate noise level.
