Lead Retail Sales Representative The Lead Retail Sales Representative's main function is to oversee and maintain the operations of the retail stores on property. Responsibilities include assisting the Retail Manager in all functions of retail operations within the hotel, as directed. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations of all retail shops and vending. The role also involves hiring, training, and scheduling of retail and vending staff. The Lead Retail Sales Representative is responsible for daily ordering for gift shops and vending. They directly supervise all retail sales representatives and retail stock persons and assist in monthly inventory. Qualifications: At least one year or more of security experience in a high-volume hotel or casino. Must be at least 21 years of age.
