Engage in developing effective customer service skills. Provide honest advice on the best products that meet customers' needs. Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is essential. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
