We're looking for an ambitious, personable, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, beauty-focused environment and is motivated by goals and growth. Benefits Part-time position with competitive compensation plan - potential to earn between $15.50 (hourly base pay) and $30.00 per hour based on sales performance Free eyelash services, including volume upgrades Membership sales bonus opportunities Discounts on all retail products Ongoing training and support Flexible scheduling to accommodate work/life balance Qualifications Manages lead outreach and engages prospective members Highly customer-service oriented, with a strong focus on membership retention Results-oriented and metrics-driven 1+ years of sales experience preferred Comfortable with basic computer skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Outgoing, positive, energetic, and engaging personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and professional confidence Well-organized and solutions-oriented, with solid project management abilities Must have flexible availability , including morning, mid and evening shifts as needed Experience with MindBody software is a plus but not mandatory.
