We're looking for an ambitious, personable, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, beauty-focused environment and is motivated by goals and growth. Benefits Full-time position with competitive compensation plan - potential to earn between $15.50 (hourly base pay) and $30.00 per hour based on sales performance Free eyelash services, including volume upgrades Membership sales bonus opportunities Discounts on all retail products Ongoing training and support Opportunity for promotion to Assistant Manager after 60 day trial period. Qualifications Manages lead outreach and engages prospective members Partners with the Marketing Team to implement effective lead conversion strategies Highly customer-service oriented, with a strong focus on membership retention Results-oriented and metrics-driven 1+ years of sales experience preferred Comfortable with basic computer skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Outgoing, positive, energetic, and engaging personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and professional confidence Well-organized and solutions-oriented, with solid project management abilities Must be available to work Sunday-Thursday , including morning, mid and evening shifts as needed Experience with MindBody software is a plus but not mandatory.
