The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams and managing the development and delivery of projects using python, PL/SQL, and Java. The role involves overseeing the technical architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of software solutions using python, pl/sql, and java. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. • Design and implement scalable and high-performance software applications. • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed. • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions. • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
