The Role You Will Play: Openings due to multiple retail projects including remodels, expansions, and ground-up construction. The Superintendent manages all site activities, including supervision of field and subcontractor personnel, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include maintaining quality, coordinating trades, enforcing safety practices, managing the job site office, and project closeout. Candidates living anywhere in Florida or willing to travel locally and work some nights are considered. Background Profile: Minimum 5 years supervising/coordinating subcontractors Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production Ground-up and/or Retail Upfit experience (Big Box Retail, Grocery, Strip Malls, Walmart experience preferred)

Knowledge in all construction phases, safety, and quality control OSHA 30-hour Construction Training preferred or ability to obtain upon hire Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and mathematical skills Self-driven, team-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation; willingness to travel
