*Position Overview* We’re looking for an experienced *Lead Line Cook* to help guide our kitchen team and keep our operation running smoothly. This is a hands-on position that combines leadership with active line cooking 4–5 days per week. You’ll work closely with the head chefs to ensure our kitchen runs efficiently, food is prepared to spec, and team members are supported and motivated.

*Responsibilities*

* Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen operations * Ensure all food preparation and service meets quality and presentation standards * Maintain proper sanitation, organization, and safety procedures at all times * Work on the line during peak shifts (4–5 days per week) * Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and efficiency * Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and management to keep service running smoothly

*Qualifications*

* 5+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen (lead or supervisory experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling standards * Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure * Leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and a positive work environment * Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
