*Duties*

* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies. * Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices.

*Experience*

* Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. * Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques are essential. * Knowledge of catering operations is a plus, but not required. * Ability to stand for an extended period of time. * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. * Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills in meal preparation.
