What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Route service requests and inquiries to the right field team member.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls efficiently.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound communications while staying organized.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities—you stay calm and think on your feet.
  • Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
