What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Route service requests and inquiries to the right field team member.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls efficiently.
- Manage a high volume of inbound communications while staying organized.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities—you stay calm and think on your feet.
- Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
