Position Summary:
As Lead Director, HRBP for Retail Health, you will work closely with senior management to develop and deliver HR strategy and solutions to both field and corporate-based teams. Comprised of MinuteClinic and Enterprise Virtual Care, Retail Health is an integral part of CVS Health’s capability as a national healthcare provider and a pillar of Health Care Delivery. This role will allow you to operate at a strategic level, contributing to the development and execution of Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives.
You will accomplish this by:
Collaborating with senior executives and business leaders to align Human Resources strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring core agendas support organizational goals.
Owning responsibility for assigning key HR personnel to projects and performance reporting needs on an ongoing basis.
Contributing to the development of Human Resources strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Building strong relationships and actively engages with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide insights, and influence decision-making.
Ensuring the organization has a robust talent pipeline and implements programs to enhance leadership capabilities and competencies.
Contributing to the development and execution of Human Resources strategies that drive organizational performance and effectiveness.
Providing guidance and expertise on change management methodologies, and helps leaders communicate and implement change initiatives, to effectively foster a culture of agility and resilience.
Managing and developing a team of Human Resources Business Partners by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team operates effectively and delivers high-quality HR services.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years Business and/or Human Resources experience
5 years of HR Business Partner experience
3 years of either formal or informal leadership experience
Ability to travel up to 25% (including plane travel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
Mastery of collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Mastery of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Mastery of business intelligence
Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
