Staffmark is hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative for a rapidly growing partner company in Bridgeport, CT! This temp-to-hire role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coaching others, and is driven to deliver exceptional service.

As the Lead CSR, you'll oversee a team of customer service specialists focused on providing a top-tier experience to online customers. From mentoring and coaching team members to resolving escalated issues, you'll be at the heart of ensuring performance and satisfaction.

Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Tuesday - Saturday

Pay: $21/hr.

What You'll Do:

Supervise day-to-day customer service operations and help your team meet key performance goals

Coach and support staff to create a collaborative, high-performing work environment

Track and report team metrics, troubleshoot challenges, and resolve customer concerns

Act as the expert for complex service issues and process improvements

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of customer service experience (handling complex transactions)

1+ year in a lead or supervisory role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Bonus: Call center experience and/or bilingual in English/Spanish
