About the Role

As a Lead Customer Service Representative , you’ll play a key role in supporting our customer service team while ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers and communities. You’ll be the go-to person for escalated issues, team guidance, and process improvements, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex service issues with professionalism and care.

Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, payments, and account updates.

Collaborate with internal departments and field teams to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices across the team.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of high-volume customer service experience.

1+ year of experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .

Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
