Collaborate with the executive chef on menu development and seasonal offerings. Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience, preferably in fine dining. Strong understanding of culinary techniques, inventory management, and food safety standards.
