ExecuSource is partnering with a leading Orthopedic Sports Medicine group to recruit a Bilingual Medical Assistant for their Jacksonville office. This is a key leadership position, and the hiring manager is actively scheduling interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are fully equipped Accurately document patients' medical histories, vital signs, and test results in electronic medical records Prepare and administer medications as directed by physicians Communicate treatment procedures, medication instructions, and physician guidance clearly to patients Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed Operate diagnostic equipment, including x-ray machines, for routine testing Clean and sterilize medical instruments and equipment Prepare patients for procedures and surgical consultations Serve as the Lead Medical Assistant, providing guidance and support to the medical team Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) designation strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience in a back-office medical assistant role preferred Prior leadership or managerial experience highly desirable Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Knowledgeable in diagnostic testing and sterilization protocols Familiarity with patient care and examination procedures Compensation and Schedule: Pay range: $24 - $27 per hour (flexible for exceptional candidates) Work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
