Key Responsibilities: Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing with attention to detail. Efficiently operate laundry equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of laundry activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a clean work environment. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting positively with residents, staff, and guests. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous laundry experience is a plus but not mandatory. Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Must be comfortable working with cleaning products. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform consistent, repetitive tasks. Residency in the service area is required. Ready to Join Us?
