Job Details
The Labor & Employment team is recognized nationally for advising a diverse roster of employers — from large multinational corporations to innovative startups — on all aspects of workplace law. Their practice spans wage and hour issues, class and collective actions, discrimination and harassment matters, executive agreements, layoffs, ERISA, and union-related work. As the team continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced associate who is eager to contribute to a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. with at least 5 years of employment litigation experience Admission to the California Bar in good standing Strong academic credentials Demonstrated excellence in written and oral advocacy Experience handling depositions and high-level motion practice Proven ability to work effectively within a team and manage cases independently Commitment to spending at least three days per week in the San Francisco office
